[Music] at oi we want to create a new standard for agriculture not only to make agriculture sustainable once again but doing it deliciously agriculture is no longer sustainable extreme weather lack of aable land water shortage and heavy use of pesticides not enough workers to feed the growing population to solve this problem we refurbished an old plastic factory into a vertical strawberry farm and we're powering it with a 50 acre solar field right next door in this Farm we can recycle the water that we use to rely on fewer natural resources over time with this technology we can grow fruits and vegetables anywhere around the world 365 days a year as long as long as there's access to energy and water each of our farm units has hundreds almost endless rows of racks and all of these racks are filled with delicious strawberries our berries are grown under optimized conditions as we can control every aspect of the environment from things like temperature humidity CO2 to even light spectrums and wind speed so our plants can Thrive combining technology and Japanese growing practices we grow the world's most perfect fruits the berries also grow in a very clean environment without relying on any pesticides a facility is the size of several football fields and it can accommodate many of these Farm units side by side we're working tirelessly to increase our production to serve our berries to anyone who is waiting to try them every day is a perfect day for our plants and that's why we're able to consistently produce the world's most delicious strawberries we even have bees doing the pollination for us something that was once thought to be impossible this is what allows us to unlock more fruits and vegetables to be grown in a vertical Farm our robots use Ai and visual recognition to detect the ripeness of the berries so they know which ones are ready to be harvested ripe strawberries are then immediately carried away into our packaging room carefully packed by hand and shipped out to our [Music] customers because we're not dependent on weather we're able to build our facilities right next to work consumers live and deliver fresh berries all the time so we're able to cut down the distance our food travels and at the same time deliver fresh always in seasoned produce when oi first launched we were only available at some of the top restaurants and bars in the country but since then we've worked really hard to be more accessible so more people can enjoy our berries we believe that vertical farming will be the new standard and we're on our way to making this happen you can now find our products in grocery stores a product that not only changes your perspectives on what produce can taste like but also how and where it can be grown vertical farming is no longer some futuristic idea it's already here today [Music]
